慢性脑缺血致脑白质病变的机制及研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 脑白质病变(WMLs)是老年人常见的脑小血管病变之一,其患病率随年龄的增长而增加。WMLs起病隐袭,易被忽视,最终可能发展为急性脑卒中,并与血管性痴呆和阿尔茨海默病的发生、进展密切相关。WMLs也被认为是脑血管疾病患者死亡的一个独立危险因素,应尽早予以干预。目前,WMLs可通过影像技术早期发现,但相应的干预手段并不多,临床上亦缺少特异性治疗方法。因此探索WMLs的发病机制,可以为预防WMLs的发生及进展、研发有效的治疗药物或特异性治疗手段提供很大帮助。 White matter lesions(WMLs)are one of the common small vascular lesions in the elderly,and the prevalence increases with age.WMLs are insidious and can be easily neglected,and eventually develop into acute stroke,which is closely related to the occurrence and progression of vascular dementia and Alzheimer′s disease.WMLs are also considered to be an independent risk factor for death in patients with cerebrovascular disease and should be intervened as soon as possible.At present,WMLs can be discovered early through imaging technology,but there are not many interventions and lack of specific treatment methods in clinic.Therefore,exploring the pathogenesis of WMLs can greatly help to prevent the occurrence and progress of WMLs and develop effective therapeutic drugs or specific treatments.
