摘要
目的对基层医院PICC日常维护并发症原因与相关对策进行分析。方法收集本院2017年10月-2019年3月102例行PICC(peripherally inserted central venous catheters)维护患者资料,医院于2018年7月实施持续质量改进措施,主要强调对PICC维护患者并发症预防,实施前后患者分别为51例,统计对比实施前后患者并发症情况与满意率情况。结果持续质量改进措施实施前,PICC相关并发症发生率13.73%,与持续质量改进措施实施后并发症发生率1.96%对比组间有显著差异。满意情况观察,持续质量改进措施实施前患者满意率76.47%,与实施后98.04%比较,差异有统计学意义。结论基层医院PICC日常维护中有较多并发症问题,需通过持续质量改进措施,明确并发症发生原因,采取针对性的预防控制策略,保证患者治疗效果达到最佳。
Objective To analyze the causes and related countermeasures of PICC daily maintenance complications in grass-roots hospitals. Methods The data of 102 patients with PICC(Peripherally Inserted Central Venous Catheters) maintenance from October 2017 to March 2019 were collected. The continuous quality improvement measures were implemented in July 2018, with emphasis on the prevention of complications in patients with PICC maintenance. There were 51 patients before and after implementation, and the complications and satisfaction rate before and after implementation were compared statistically. Results Before the implementation of continuous quality improvement measures, the incidence of PICC related complications was 13.73%, which was significantly different from that of 1.96% after continuous quality improvement measures. The satisfaction rate of patients before the implementation of continuous quality improvement measures was 76.47%, which was significantly different from that of 98.04% after implementation. Conclusion There are many complications in the daily maintenance of PICC in grass-roots hospitals. It is necessary to make clear the causes of complications through continuous quality improvement measures, and adopt targeted prevention and control strategies to ensure the best treatment effect of patients.
