摘要
目的:探究细节护理模式在足月妊娠水囊引产中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年3月-2019年8月笔者所在医院接收的开展低位水囊引产术产妇156例,将其随机分为两组,每组78例。对照组采取常规护理模式,研究组采取细节护理模式。比较两组分娩方式、引产时间、产后2 h出血量。结果:对照组阴道分娩率为71.79%,低于研究组的93.59%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组引产时间长于研究组,产后2 h出血量多于研究组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将细节护理模式应用于足月妊娠水囊引产中,能有效缩短引产时间,提高阴道分娩率,且可降低产后2 h出血量。
Objective:To explore the application effect of detail nursing mode in full-term pregnancy induced labor with water sac.Method:A total of 156 cases of puerpera undergoing induced labor with water sac admitted in our hospital from March 2018 to August 2019 were selected and randomly divided into groups two groups,with 78 cases in each group.The control group adopted the routine nursing mode,and the study group adopted the detail nursing mode.The delivery mode,induced labor time and the amount of 2 h postpartum bleeding were compared between the two groups.Result:The vaginal delivery rate of the control group was 71.79%,which was lower than 93.59% of the study group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The induced labor time in the control group was longer than that in the study group,and the amount of 2 h postpartum bleeding was more than that in the study group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Applying the detail nursing mode to the full-term pregnancy induced labor with water sac can effectively shorten the induced labor time,improve the rate of vaginal delivery,and reduce the amount of 2 h postpartum bleeding.
