摘要
结合实际工作经验,对污染影响类建设项目竣工环保自主验收工作中在建设单位、第三方技术机构、现场核查、监测方案编制等方面遇到的问题进行探讨,分析编写验收监测方案存在的难点问题,并提出相应的解决对策。
Based on the practical work experience,this paper discusses the problems encountered in the construction unit,the thirdparty technical organization,on-site inspection,and the preparation of monitoring scheme in the independent acceptance of environmental protection of completed pollution impact construction projects,analyzes the difficulties in the preparation of the acceptance monitoring scheme,and puts forward the corresponding solutions.
