摘要
目的分析优质护理干预对骨科手术患者下肢形成静脉血栓(DVT)的影响。方法分析我院自2016年10月~2018年10月收治的骨科手术患者624例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组312例与观察组312例。观察组给予优质护理模式,对照组给予常规护理。比较两组患者血栓发生率、血栓部位,血栓类型及患者满意度。结果观察组与对照组DVT发生率分别为10.3%、16.0%,两组DVT发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.549,P<0.05)。两组急性血栓、亚急性血栓及慢性血栓的发生率分别为12.5%、25.0%、62.5%及24.0%、40.0%、36.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.560,P<0.05)。观察组与对照组满意度分别为56.3%、25.0%、18.7%、0及16.0%、44.0%、36.0%、4.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ^2=15.158,P<0.05)。结论对骨科手术患者行优质护理模式,可以显著降低DVT发生率,延缓血栓的急性发生率,同时提高患者的护理满意度,有临床推广的意义。
Objective To analyze the effects of high-quality nursing intervention on deep venous thrombosis(DVT)in lower extremities of patients undergoing orthopedic surgery.Methods 624 patients undergoing orthopedic surgery admitted and treated at our hospital from October 2016 to October 2018 were analyzed,and divided into the control group(312 patients)and the observation group(312 patients)according to the random number table method.The observation group was given high-quality nursing mode,while the control group was given routine nursing.Thrombus incidence,thrombus location,thrombus type,and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of DVT in the observation group and the control group was 10.3%and 16.0%,respectively,and the incidence of DVT between the two groups was statistically significant(χ^2=4.549,P<0.05).The incidence of acute thrombus,subacute thrombus and chronic thrombus in the two groups was 12.5%,25.0%,62.5%and 24.0%,40.0%and 36.0%,respectively,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ^2=5.560,P<0.05).The satisfaction in the observation group and the control group was 56.3%,25.0%,18.7%,0 and 16.0%,44.0%,36.0%,4.0%,respectively,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ^2=15.158,P<0.005).Conclusion High-quality nursing mode for patients undergoing orthopedic surgery can significantly reduce the incidence of DVT,delay the acute incidence of thrombosis,and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients,which is of clinical significance for promotion.
