摘要
以中药单体、中药复方作为主要研究对象,对中药干预慢性肾脏病(chronic kidney disease,CKD)血管钙化的相关实验研究和临床研究做一综述,指出血管钙化作为心血管疾病(cardiovascular disease,CVD)风险等级中的最高级,一直是研究的重点及难点。在CKD研究领域中抑制血管钙化的进程被认为是控制疾病的关键因素,中药可通过调整钙磷代谢紊乱、抑制炎症反应、调节氧化应激等改善血管钙化程度、延缓血管钙化进展,对CKD血管钙化的干预作用已成为研究热点。
By taking herbal monomer, herbal compound as the main research objects, clinical study and the related experimental study on materia medica in the intervention of CKD vascular calcification were reviewed, it is pointed out that vascular calcification is the highest risk level of CVD, and it has been the keypoint and difficult part in the research, inhibiting vascular calcification progression is considered to be the key factor in disease control in the research field of CKD, intervention effects of materia medica on CKD vascular calcification have been research hotspot through adjusting the disorder of calcium and phosphorus metabolism, inhibiting inflammatory reaction, regulating oxidative stress to improve vascular calcification degree and delay its progression.
