摘要
针对职业本科层次人才与普通本科及高职专科层次的岗位面向和培养定位区别,在职业本科人才的岗位需求与现状分析的基础上,分析了职业本科层次人才的特点、探讨了面向湖南省培养机械类职业本科层次人才的意义与价值、阐述可行性和应用前景展望,最后提出了高层次高端技术技能型机械设计制造及其自动化专业职业应用本科人才培养方案。
In view of differences of job orientation and training orientation among undergraduates cultivated in higher vocational colleges,ordinary undergraduate,and students in higher vocational colleges,based on analysis of position demand and status of undergraduates cultivated in higher vocational colleges,this paper analyzes characteristics of undergraduates cultivated in higher vocational colleges,discusses meaning and value of cultivating undergraduates cultivated in higher vocational colleges of Hunan,states feasibility and application prospect,and finally proposes the personnel cultivating program for undergraduates in high-level and high-end skill-oriented major of Mechanical Design Manufacturing and Automation.
