摘要 2020年新年伊始,新型冠状病毒引起的肺炎疫情肆虐而来,武汉作为疫情中心,迅速增长的病患和不断加重的态势,牵动着每一个中国人的心。中南建筑设计院股份有限公司下属的医疗健康事业部在省市两级政府、中南设计咨询集团的统一部署下,在接到指令后12小时完成武汉雷神山医院方案设计,24小时完成室外给排水管网敷设方案,3天交付全套施工图,13天施工完成并投入使用,为阻击疫情赢得宝贵时间。传染病医院,水系统安全是核心也是底线。本文针对雷神山临时应急传染病医院的特点,从给水安全、排水安全、环境安全、消防安全、设备器材选用安全及运营安全等角度对水系统安全设计原则及策略进行了梳理和总结。 At the beginning of the New Year 2020,the pneumonia epidemic caused by the COVID-19 was spreading.A rapid growing number of patients and continual worsened situation touched the hearts of every Chinese.Under the unified deployment of provincial&municipal governments and Central-southern China Engineering Consulting and Design Group Co.,Ltd.,the medical and health division of CentralSouth Architectural Design Institute Co.,Ltd.(CSADI)had completed the design of Leishenshan Hospital in 12 hours since receiving the instructions.The laying scheme of outdoor water supply&drainage pipe network was completed in 24 hours,and the full set of construction drawings were delivered in 3 days.The construction was completed and put into use in 13 days,which won valuable time to fight the epidemic.For infectious disease hospitals,water system safety is the core and the bottom line.Based on the characteristics of Leishenshan temporary emergency infectious disease hospital,we summarize the design principles and strategies of water system safety from the perspectives of water supply safety,drainage safety,environmental safety,fire safety,equipment and material safety,and operation safety.
