系统化健康教育对初产妇母乳喂养及新生儿护理能力的影响 被引量:7

Effects of systematic health education on primipara breast feeding and neonatal nursing ability

摘要 目的:观察系统化健康教育对初产妇母乳喂养及新生儿护理能力的影响。方法:选取136例单胎足月初产妇作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组各68例,对照组采用常规健康教育,观察组在对照组基础上采用系统化健康教育,比较两组健康知识掌握程度、母婴护理技能合格率及新生儿喂养情况。结果:护理后观察组健康知识掌握程度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组新生儿沐浴、新生儿脐带护理及母乳喂养法合格率均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组母乳喂养率明显高于对照组,奶粉喂养率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规健康教育基础上实施系统化健康教育,可提高初产妇健康知识掌握程度,提高母乳喂养成功率与新生儿护理能力,其效果优于单纯常规健康教育效果。 Objective: To explore effects of systematic health education on primipara breast feeding and neonatal nursing ability. Methods: 136 cases of single-pregnancy and full-term primiparas were selected as the research objects, and were divided into observation group and control group by using the random number table method, 68 cases in each. The control group adopted routine health education, while the observation group was given the systematic health education based on that of the control group. The health knowledge acquisition rate, maternal and child nursing skills qualification rate and neonatal feeding status were compared between the two groups. Results: After the nursing, the health knowledge acquisition rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The qualified rates of neonatal bathing, neonatal umbilical cord nursing and breast feeding in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The breast feeding rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the feeding rate of milk powder was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions: Based on the routine health education, the systematic health education for the primiparas can significantly improve the health knowledge acquisition rate, the breast feeding rate and the neonatal nursing abilities. Moreover, it is superior to single routine health education.
