摘要
《黄帝内经》作为最古老以及最宏伟的医学经典书籍,其问世标志着中医学理论的初步形成,为中医学理论奠定了基础,亦是对战国之前医学成就以及大量的临床医学成果进行一次归纳性的总结。《黄帝内经》对五脏热病的论述,内容丰富,散见于其他篇章,其中对肝热病的临床表现与治疗皆具有详细的记载,众多学者皆尊奉之为圭臬。“肝热病”属于脏腑热病其中的一种,其临床表现复杂多样,病情轻重情况难以分辨,临床辨证存在着较大难度。诸多中医学者对肝热病患者进行辨证与分析时多遵循《黄帝内经》提出的“肝热病者,小便先黄”的学术思想,可见《黄帝内经》理论对肝热病临床辨证指导具有关键性的作用。文章通过对中医相关古代文献进行全面地阅读、系统地整理、精准地梳理与分析,总结《黄帝内经》中关于“热病”的理论体系、“肝热病”的理论体系、肝脏的藏象特点、肝热病的病因、病机以及肝热病的临床表现,旨在能够全方面剖析出“肝热病”相关的生理本质、病理表现。文章为临床肝热疾病的诊疗提供详细的理论依据以及较具体临床表现,以帮助广大中医界同仁可将肝热病相关理论更准确地运用到临床诊治中,以便提高肝热病临床治愈率。
Huangdi Neijing as the oldest and most magnificent classic medical book marks the initial formation of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,laying a solid foundation for the theory of traditional Chinese medicine.Huangdi Neijing has a rich content of the five internal organ fever,scattered in other chapters.The clinical manifestations and clinical treatment of patients with liver fever are well-documented,and many scholars respect it as a guide."Liver fever"is one of the fevers of viscera,and its clinical manifestations are complex and diverse.It is difficult to distinguish the severity of the disease,and clinical differentiation is difficult.Many Chinese medicine practitioners follow the academic thought of"liver fever patients have yellow urine first"in Huangdi Neijing when conducting clinical differentiation and analysis of patients with liver fever.The clinical guidance of disease differentiation plays a key role.This article comprehensively reads,systematically organizes,accurately sorts out and analyzes the ancient literature related to traditional Chinese medicine,and summarizes the theoretical system of"fever"and"the theory of liver fever"in Huangdi Neijing.The aim is to analyze all aspects of the physiological nature and pathological manifestations of"liver fever".This article provides detailed theoretical basis and more specific clinical manifestations for the diagnosis and treatment of clinical liver fever,in order to help colleagues to apply the theory of liver fever to clinical diagnosis and treatment more accurately,so as to improve the clinical cure rate of liver fever.
