非稳定性抗阻训练的内容构建及对肌肉的激活效应 被引量:10

摘要 通过综述非稳定性抗阻训练方法、原理及作用,发现中度不稳定状态结合抗阻训练的效果最好,中度状态下较低负荷是激活和募集核心肌肉的有效手段,能够有效提高机体的稳定性、躯干核心力量和肌纤维的协调用力;高水平运动员的相关研究证据较少,需进一步研究确认。为了更好地指导实践,将来的研究应着重于明确不同程度的"非稳定状态"与训练效果之间的关系、非稳定性抗组训练改善本体感觉的生理机制以及验证非稳定性训练是否有助于提升高水平运动员的运动表现等方面。 This paper summarizes the methods, principles and functions of instability resistance training(IRT), and provides theoretical guidance and empirical evidence for future research. The study found that moderate instability combined with resistance training has the best effect. Lower training load in moderate instability is an effective means to activate and recruit core muscles, which can effectively improve the stability of the body, core strength of the trunk and coordination of muscle fibers. The relevant research evidence of elite athletes is relatively small and needs further research and confirmation. In order to guide practice, future researches should focus on clarifying the relationship between different content of instability and training effects, the physiological mechanism of IRT to improve proprioception, and verifying whether IRT has benefit to improve the athletic performance in elite athletes.
