摘要
【目的】筛选甘肃荒漠灌区紫花苜蓿优质、高产、稳产的最佳播量和行距配置栽培模式,为苜蓿产业发展提供科学依据.【方法】以播量12.0、16.0、20.0、24.0 kg/hm^2为主处理,行距10、15、20 cm为副处理,选育干草产量、粗蛋白含量、株高、鲜干比等4项指标在2015~2018年的平均值,综合评价不同播量和行距配置对紫花苜蓿生产性能的影响.【结果】播量、行距及二者互作对紫花苜蓿粗蛋白、株高和干草产量有显著影响.粗蛋白含量随播量和行距的增加呈先升高后降低趋势;干草产量和株高随播量增加呈先增大后减小趋势,随行距增加呈增加趋势.4年平均粗蛋白含量、干草产量和株高在中等播量16.0 kg/hm^2,行距20 cm时最高.不同生长年限及同一生长年限的不同茬次对干草产量和株高有一定的影响.【结论】中等播量16.0 kg/hm^2和行距20 cm是甘肃荒漠灌区苜蓿草田种植的最佳栽培模式.
【Objective】This study is aimed to screen the optimum seeding rate and row spacing for high quality and high yield alfalfa production,prording scientific basis for the development of alfalfa industry.【Method】The seeding rate(12.0,16.0,20.0 and 24.0 kg/hm^2)was arranged in a randomized complete block with 3 replications,and row spacing(10,15 and 20 cm)was randomly arranged as split plot treatments within in the main plots.The comprehensive evaluation was carried out by using the hay yield,crude protein content,plant height and fresh-dry ratio in early flowering stage from 2015 to 2018.【Result】Seeding rate,row spacing and their interaction showed significant effect on crude protein content,hay yield and plant height.Crude protein content first increased and then decreased with the increase of seeding rate and row spacing.Hay yield and plant height first increased and then decreased with the increase of seeding rates.Hay yield and plant height increased with the increase of row spacing.The crude protein content,hay yield and plant height were highest at 16.0 kg/hm^2 seeding rate and 20 cm row spacing.There were significant differences in hay yield and plant height between different growth years and different harvesting frequencies in the same year.【Conclusion】The best cultivation mode was 16.0 kg/hm^2 seeding rate and 20 cm row spacing in the arid oasis region of Gansu Province.
