摘要
随着素质教育改进进程的不断推进,太极拳被列为高等院校体育教育重要内容,通过在二十四式简化太极拳的讲解与示范过程中加入技击方式,切实提升太极拳教学质量与效率,增长学生对太极拳拳式及理论知识的理解水平。基于此,本文就技击意识的培养对太极拳教学效果的影响进行相关概述,旨在充分发挥出技击意识在促进太极拳教学高质高效开展中的积极作用,激发出学生对太极拳的学习兴趣,以供参考。
With the improvement of quality education,tai chi is listed as an important content of physical education in colleges and universities,by adding techniques in the explanation and demonstration process of simplif ied tai chi in 24-style simplif ication,the teaching quality and eff iciency of tai chi can be effectively improved,and the level of students'u nderstanding of t ai chi and t heoretical k nowledge is increased.Based on t his,t his paper gives an overview of the effect of the cultivation of skill-beating consciousness on the teaching effect of tai chi,aiming to give full play to the positive role of technical attack consciousness in promoting the high-quality and eff icient development of tai chi teaching,and to stimulate students'interest in tai chi learning for reference.
