摘要
从区域划分和行政等级的不同视角考察建设监理100强企业在国家城市体系中的分布特征,结果表明100强企业的城市分布总体上表现为高度的稳定性,东部发达城市群及直辖市与大部分副省级城市分别是该类企业在区域与等级视角下的分布热点,且等级视角下的城市分布集中度更具压倒性;丰厚的薪酬待遇和频繁的同行交流机会显著影响着100强企业的城市分布;开拓外埠市场则对该类企业的城市分布起决定性作用。
Distribution characteristics of top-100 construction supervision enterprises in China were analyzed from both regional divisions and administrative levels.It was found that these enterprises generally have high stability on the aspect of urban distribution,and that most of them are located in developed cities and municipalities directly under the central government in east regions of China,as well as most sub-provincial cities due to geographical location and administrative level of these cities,among which administrative level is the more important than location;good salary and more opportunity to communicate with the same trade are two key factors influencing the distribution of top-100 construction supervision enterprises;development of other market places a decisive role in distribution of these enterprises.
