摘要 目的:为保证烟草专用通风率标准棒量值传递的准确性,对其特性进行研究。方法:介绍了烟草专用通风率标准棒的基本结构,分析了烟草专用通风率标准棒的数学模型,采用ANSYS软件进行了数值仿真,并研究了环境因素对烟草专用通风率标准棒测量准确性的影响。结果:根据仿真结果得到了大气压对通风率影响最为显著,温度有一定影响,湿度基本无影响。结论:通过研究环境因素对烟草专用通风率标准棒测量准确性的影响,对提高卷烟通风率量值传递的准确性具有指导意义。 Aims:The standard bar for tobacco ventilation rate is a standard device for conveying ventilation rate.In order to ensure the accuracy of the value transfer,the characteristics of the standard bar for tobacco ventilation rate were studied.Methods:We introduced the basic structure of the standard bar.The mathematical model of the bar was analyzed and simulated with ANSYS software.The influence of environmental factors on the measurement accuracy of the standard bar was studied.Results:According to the simulation results,the atmospheric pressure has the most significant influence on the ventilation rate,the temperature has a certain influence,and the humidity had almost no influence.Conclusions:This study is of great significance to improve the accuracy of conveying ventilation rate of the tobacco standard bar.
