摘要
目的 HPV感染宫颈炎应用保妇康栓与重组人白细胞介素2联合治疗方案的临床效果观察。方法选取2017年12月-2018年12月该院诊治HPV感染宫颈炎100例患者资料,按照数字表方法分两组,对照组予保妇康栓,研究组予保妇康栓与重组人白细胞介素2联合治疗方案,分析两组临床疗效相关指标、炎症指标及不良事件情况。结果治疗后,研究组排液时间(9.26±2.29)d、痊愈时间(8.15±2.34)周,均比对照组少,比较差异有统计学意义(t=12.692、4.474,P<0.05);研究组HPV转阴48例(96.00%)比对照组多,比较差异有统计学意义(χ^2=6.061,P<0.05);研究组IL-6(5.06±1.68)ng/L、hs-CRP(1.08±0.32)mg/L及TNF-a(0.70±0.34)ng/L均比对照组少,比较差异有统计学意义(t=9.530、8.036、6.552,P<0.05);对照组恶心呕吐等不良事件10.00%比研究组2.00%多,差异无统计学意义(χ^2=1.596,P>0.05)。结论 HPV感染宫颈炎应用保妇康栓与重组人白细胞介素2联合治疗方案,能提高患者疗效,缩短痊愈时间,降低机体炎症因子指标,减少不良事件发生。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of the combination of Baofukang suppository and recombinant human interleukin-2 in the treatment of HPV-infected cervicitis. Methods The data of 100 patients with HPV-infected cervicitis treated by the hospital from December 2017 to December 2018, were selected and divided into two groups according to the digital table method. The control group was given Baofukang suppository, and the research group was given Baofukang suppository and recombinants. Interleukin-2 combined treatment program, analysis of clinical efficacy related indicators, inflammation indicators and adverse events. Results After treatment, the drainage time(9.26±2.29) d and recovery time(8.15±2.34) w of the study group were less than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=12.692, 4.474,P<0.05). The study group HPV turned negative 48 cases(96.00%) were more than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=6.061,P<0.05);the study group IL-6(5.06±1.68) ng/L, hsCRP(1.08±0.32) mg/L and TNF-The a(0.70±0.34) ng/L was less than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant( t=9.530, 8.036, 6.552,P<0.05). The adverse 10.00%events such as nausea and vomiting in the control group were more than 2.00%, the difference was not statistically significant(χ^2=1.596,P>0.05). Conclusion HPVinfected cervicitis combined with Baofukang suppository and recombinant human interleukin-2 can improve the patient’s efficacy, shorten the recovery time, reduce the body’s inflammatory factors and reduce adverse events.
