摘要
磨削可加工任何硬度材料并在微细加工方面具有不可替代的优势,是现代装备制造业发展的重要支承。基于先进磨削技术高速、高效、精密、长寿、柔性、绿色等特点,对目前磨削技术进行了全面梳理、归纳,介绍了高速和超高速磨削、高效深切磨削、蜗杆砂轮磨削、重载荷磨削、精密和超精密磨削、脆性材料延性域磨削、轮轨高速被动磨削、复合磨削、智能磨削、绿色磨削等先进磨削技术的加工机理、技术特点及影响因素,并重点分析其应用现状。先进磨削技术普及率低主要是国内高档磨床及其关键功能部件制造落后,关键核心技术薄弱,产学研用合作不足,应用领域受限等。最后,对先进磨削技术的未来发展进行了展望,并提出了相关建议。
Grinding is an important support for development of modern equipment manufacturing industry because it is able to processes materials with any hardness and has irreplaceable advantages in micromachining.Based on characteristics of advanced grinding technology such as high speed,high efficiency,precision,long life,flexibility and green,the current grinding technology is combed and summarized comprehensively.The processing mechanism,technical characteristics and influencing factors of advanced grinding technology such as high speed and ultra high speed grinding,high efficiency deep grinding,worm wheel grinding,heavy load grinding,precision and ultra precision grinding,ductile regime grinding of brittle material,high speed and passive grinding of wheel rail,combined grinding,intelligent grinding and green grinding are introduced,and the application status is analyzed emphatically.The low popularizing rate of advanced grinding technology is mainly due to backward manufacturing of domestic high end grinders and their key functional components,weak key core technology,insufficient cooperation in industry-university-research-application,limited application fields,etc.Finally,the future development of advanced grinding technology is prospected,and the relevant suggestions are put forward.
