摘要
校企合作体制机制研究的主要目的是促使高职院校积极探索创新型、高技能型人才的培养模式。高职院校校企合作体制机制包括校企合作共建、成果共享、校内教学资源共享、企业生产资源共建、共同搭建校企合作互惠互利平台。在分析校企合作体制机制内涵、存在问题的基础上,探究校企合作体制机制的实现方式。
The main purpose of the research on the school-enterprise cooperation mechanism and system in higher vocational colleges is to promote the higher vocational colleges to actively explore the training mode of innovative and high skilled talents.The mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges includes school-enterprise cooperation,achievement sharing,school-teaching resource sharing,enterprise production resource co-construction,and joint construction of school-enterprise cooperation and mutual benefit platform.Based on the analysis of the connotation and existing problems of the school-enterprise cooperation mechanism,this paper explores the way to realize the system and mechanism of the school-enterprise cooperation.
