摘要
目的探讨PDCA循环法在诊断学技能教学中的应用价值。方法选取2018年9月-2019年1月参与本院诊断学技能学习的2016级临床医学本科生180名作为研究对象,将其按学号的奇偶数分为试验组和对照组,试验组采用PDCA循环教学法,利用鱼骨图、柏拉图等工具找出学生对诊断学技能带教满意度低的主要原因,并不断改进;对照组采用常规教学法。分别比较两组在学生及带教老师的满意度、诊断学技能考试成绩等方面的差异。结果试验组学生对技能教学的满意度、带教老师对学生的满意度以及诊断学技能考试的及格率均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PDCA循环法可有效提高诊断学技能课的教学效果及师生的满意度。
Objective To explore the application value of PDCA cycle on the diagnostics skills teaching. Methods 180 undergraduates major in clinical medicine who learned diagnostics from September 2018 to January 2019 in our college were divided into experimental group and control group according to their student numbers. The PDCA cycle teaching method was used in the experimental group. The main reasons for students’ low satisfaction with teaching were found by means of fishbone diagram, pareto chart, etc. Improvement measures were performed continuously. Instead, the conventional teaching methods were used in the control group. The differences between the two groups in the satisfaction of the students with the skill teaching, the satisfaction of the teachers with the students and the results of the diagnostic skills examination were evaluated. Results The satisfaction of the students with the skill teaching, the satisfaction of the teachers with the students and the pass rate of the diagnostic skills examination in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion PDCA cycle can effectively improve the diagnostic skills teaching and the satisfaction of students and teachers.
