摘要
分析国内公立医院设备管理现状,结合某大型公立三甲医院精细化管理的实践,探讨公立医院医疗设备的精细化管理。通过实施运营助理制度、运营助理进行设备全生命周期管理、建立设备共享中心等方法,实现医院设备的精细化管理。对公立医院设备进行精细化管理,不断提升设备的管理水平,有助于推动公立医院现代医院管理体系的建立。
The current situation of equipment management in public hospitals in China was firstly analyzed,and then the fine management of equipment was further discussed based on the practice in a large public grade 3A hospital.To explore the fine management of medical equipment in public hospitals.Through the implementation of the operation assistant system,the whole life cycle management of equipment and the establishment of equipment sharing center,the fine management of hospital equipment was realized.Fine management of public hospital equipment and continuous improvement of equipment management level will help to promote the establishment of modern hospital management system in public hospitals.
