摘要
农业运输机械安全生产是一个多种因素相互制约和联系的复杂系统,通过研究分析湖南省农机后市场农业运输机械事故的安全隐患、发生率等现状以及事故的地域特点、肇事因素特点、白天夜晚晴天雨雪雾天等的规律性,并以事故起数、死亡人数、重伤人数、经济损失为4个母因素,农业运输车拥有量、无证驾驶、违法载人、超速行驶、无牌行驶、未年检、操作失误、机件失灵等为8子因素进行子母关联分析,指出农业机械事故的主要因素是操作失误、其次是违法载人,并围绕主要影响因素,结合实际提出了湖南省农业运输机械事故安全的对策与建议.
The safe operation of agricultural transportation machinery is a complex system,which restricts and correlates with each other by many factors.In this article,by taking the cases of Hunan Province as examples,we analyzed the current situation of agricultural transportation machinery safety accidents and other connected factors,such as the regional characteristics,the occurrence characteristics of accidents,weathers and time,the regularity and correlation of accident conditions.Through the analysis of the correlation between the four parent factors,including number of accidents,death toll,number of serious injuries,and economic loss,and the eight sub-factors,namely,vehicle ownership number,unlicensed?driving,illegal manning,speeding,unlicensed driving,unyeard inspection,operating errors,machine failure,etc.,of the agricultural transportation machinery accidents,we pointed out that the main factor of agricultural mechanical accident is the operational error,followed by the illegal manning.According to the analysis of main influencing factors,this work puts forward relevant countermeasures for the safe production of agricultural transportation machinery and provides decision-making basis for the relevant management departments.
