摘要
在双创背景下,对职业院校学生的创新创业能力培养提出了更高的要求,此时职业院校实训基地在培养学生双创能力方面承担着更加重要的作用。为了更好地践行学生双创能力的培养,探索与学生创新创业能力培养相适应的实训基地建设与管理,本文利用在国家骨干院校、示范性高职院校、一流院校等建设过程中,轨道交通专业群实训基地建设与运行管理经验探索高职院校实训基地在培养创新创业人才方面发挥的作用。
In the context of mass entrepreneurship and innovation,higher requirements are put forward for vocational college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship.In this time,the vocational college training bases are playing a more important role in cultivating students’ dual-innovation capabilities.In order to better practice the cultivation of students’ dual innovation ability,explore the construction and management of training bases that are suitable for the cultivation of students’ innovation and entrepreneurship ability,this article uses the experience of construction and operation management of the rail transit professional group training base during the construction of national backbone colleges,exemplary vocational colleges,and first-class colleges to explore the role of training bases in vocational colleges in talent training with the spirit of innovation and entrepreneurship.
