摘要
总结回顾了建国以来水利水电工程征地移民70年历史,按不同时间段将征地移民发展分为发轫期、探索期、初创期、发展期和深化期等5个时期,分析了每个时期移民工作的特点,并对水库移民后期扶持和移民工作管理机构设置情况进行了总结介绍。
The 70-year history of land acquisition and resettlement for water conservancy and hydropower projects since the founding of the People’s Republic of China is reviewed. The development of land acquisition and resettlement is divided into five periods, including the beginning development period, exploration period, early period of reform and opening, development period and deepening period. The characteristics of resettlement in these periods are analyzed respectively. The situation of the post support of reservoir resettlement and the establishment of resettlement management agencies are also summarized.
