摘要
现阶段,化工行业发展速度极快,逐渐成为我国整体经济发展中必不可少的组成部分。化工设备的稳定运行是稳定生产的重要保障,能够强化企业经济效益。对化工设备管理的化工机械维修保养技术内容进行总结,并从完善化工机械的管理和维护体系、强化工作人员的化工机械管理意识、做好设备隐患排查工作三方面,论述了化工设备管理中化工机械维修保养策略。
At this stage,the chemical industry is developing very fast,and has gradually become an indispensable part of China’s overall economic development.From the perspective of refinery development,the stable operation of chemical equipment is also an important guarantee for its stable production,which can strengthen its economic benefits.Based on previous work experience,this article summarizes the technical content of chemical machinery maintenance and repair in chemical equipment management,and discusses the three aspects of improving the management and maintenance system of chemical machinery,strengthening the awareness of chemical machinery management among staff,and troubleshooting potential equipment.The maintenance strategy of chemical machinery in chemical equipment management was introduced.
