摘要
在无抗养殖时代背景下,抗生素替代物的研发和应用已成为了水产养殖业的重要课题之一。该文综述了微生态制剂、抗菌肽、中草药、植物提取物、寡糖和多糖以及腐殖酸等饲用抗生素替代物在水产养殖中的应用研究进展,旨在为开发绿色、安全的无抗饲料提供参考。
In the era of non antibiotic culture,the research and application of antibiotic substitutes is one of the important issues in aquaculture.This article reviews the research and application progress of feed antibiotic alternatives,such as probiotics,antimicrobial peptides,Chinese herbal medicine,plant extracts,oligosaccharides and polysaccharides,humic acid in aquaculture,aiming to provide a reference for the development of green,safe and non-resistant feed.
