摘要
海草具有较高的生产能力和重要的生态功能.2019年9-10月,项目组分别对三亚周边西岛、情人湾、鹿回头、小东海和后海海域优势海草泰来草(Thalassia hemprichii)的形态、生长指标进行了调查,同时探讨了海草形态及生长指标与海水和沉积物间隙水营养元素含量之间的关系.结果表明:各采样区海草总生物量介于108.4~374.5 g·m^2之间,地下生物量/地上生物量介于1.16~5.00之间;西岛泰来草地上生物量最高,为109.1 g·m^-2;情人湾泰来草地下生物量最高,为312.1 g·m^-2;后海泰来草生产力最高,平均值达到3.54 g·m^-2·d^-1;西岛泰来草生产力最低,为2.60 g·m^-2·d^-1;泰来草株高与沉积物间隙水NH4+-N和PO4-P含量之间存在极显著正相关关系(P<0.01);泰来草地上生产力与间隙水Fe含量存在极显著正相关关系(P<0.01),而与S2-含量存在极显著负相关关系(P<0.01).
Seagrass bed has high productivity with important ecological functions.Currently investigated were the morphology and growth of Thalassia hemprichii,the dominant sea grass species in the sea area of West Island,Qingren Bay,Luhuitou Peninsula,Xiaodonghai Bay and Houhai Bay,from September to October 2019.Then the relationship between the growth of sea grass and the concentration of nutrient elements in seawater and in sedimental porewater was discussed.The results showed that the total biomass of sea grass in each sea area ranged from 108.4 to 374.5 g·m^-2 ,and the index of underground biomass/aboveground biomass ranged from 1.16 to 5.00.Thalassia hemprichii had the highest aboveground biomass-109.1 g·m^-2 -around West Island,and the highest underground biomass-312.1 g·m^-2 -in the Qingrenwan Bay.Thalassia hemprichii had the highest productivity-an average of about 3.54 g·m^-2·d^-1-around Houhai Bay,but the lowest productivity-2.60 g·m^-2·d^-1-in the West Island.There exist a significant positive correlation(P<0.01)between plant height and the concentration of NH4+-N and PO4-P in sedimental porewater,and a significant positive correlation(P<0.01)between seagrass productivity and the concentration of Fe in sedimental porewater,but a significant negative correlation(P<0.01)between seagrass productivity and S2- concentration.
