摘要
由于天然气开采处于危险的环境,在输气和净化过程中,若操作失误,容易引发火灾爆炸事故,对人身财产安全造成严重威胁.分析了集气站安全管理现状和集气站开展工艺安全管理要点,对于工艺设施运作的各个环节,要加强现场作业的监管,定期巡检和维护生产设备,加强培训,实施“点线面”安全风险管控措施,严格按照工艺指标和工艺流程进行操作.集气站要加大安全管理力度,从根源上扼制事故的发生,保障工艺设施的稳定运行.
Because the exploitation of natural gas is in a dangerous environment,in the transmission and purification process of natural gas,if the operation is wrong,it is easy to cause fire and explosion accidents,and even produce a serious threat to the safety of people and property.The status quo of safety management and key points of process safety management in gas gathering station are analyzed.In each link of process facilities operation,the supervision of on-site operation shall be strengthened,and the production equipment shall be inspected and maintained regularly.Training shall be strengthened,safety risk control measures of"point,line and surface"shall be implemented,and operation shall be carried out in strict accordance with process indicators and process flow.It is necessary to strengthen the safety management of gas gathering station and control the occurrence of accidents from the root to ensure the stable operation of process facilities.
