摘要
目的研究综合护理干预对甲状腺功能亢进性心脏病患者临床症状的相关影响。方法选取2014年2月-2019年2月期间在本院接受治疗的80例甲状腺功能亢进性心脏病患者,将其分为两组,各40例。对照组行常规护理,观察组应用综合护理干预,对比两组治疗效果及护理满意度。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为92.5%,高于对照组的70.0%,P<0.05;观察组护理总满意率为95.0%,高于对照组的80.0%,P<0.05。结论实施综合护理干预可有效改善甲状腺功能亢进性心脏病患者的临床症状,具有较好的效果。
Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the clinical symptoms of patients with hyperthyroid heart disease. Methods 80 patients with hyperthyroid heart disease who were treated in our hospital from February 2014 to February 2019 were divided into two groups, 40 in each group. The control group received routine nursing, the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention, and the treatment effect and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.5%, higher than 70.0% of the control group, P<0.05;the total satisfactory rate of the observation group was 95.0%, higher than 80.0% of the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with hyperthyroid heart disease, which has better effect.
