采用气质联用法测定纺织品中百菌清的残留量 被引量:7

Residual Amount of Chlorothalonil in Textiles with the Method of Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry

摘要 建立一种测定纺织品中百菌清残留量的气质联用方法。以乙酸乙酯为萃取溶剂,超声萃取纺织品中残留的百菌清,萃取液经浓缩、定容后进行气相色谱/质谱-选择离子监测法测定,外标法定量。试验证明:该方法检出限为0.1 mg/kg。在三个添加浓度水平下,平均加标回收率为81.9%~95.4%,相对标准偏差为1.8%~5.2%。认为:该方法简单快速、灵敏度高,检出限满足相关法规的限量要求。 A gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method was built to test the residual amount of chlorothalonil in textiles.Ethyl acetate was used as extracting solvent.Ultrasonic extraction was adapted to extract chlorothalonil residual in textiles.The extract liquor was tested by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry-selection ion monitoring method after concentration and constant volume.External standard method was used for quantitation.The test results showed that the detection limit of the method was 0.1 mg/kg.Under three fortified concentration levels,the average adding standard recovery ratio was 81.9%~95.4%.The relative standard deviation was 1.8%~5.2%.It is considered that the method is simpler&quicker and with higher sensitivity.The detection limitation can meet the limitation requirement of relevant law and regulation.
