摘要
采用浸渍法制备建筑用煤基石墨烯复合材料(CG/PCNF),对比分析了CNF、CG/PCNF 800和CG/PCNF的显微形貌和电化学性能,并分析了CGO溶液浓度对电化学性能的影响。结果表明,CG/PCNF-1试样的介孔和微孔数量都相较于CNF和CG/PCNF 800试样减少,CG/PCNF-1试样具有最大的比表面积;CGO溶液浓度为1mg/mL、2mg/mL和3mg/mL时对应的CG/PCNF复合材料的比电容分别为268.3F/g、216.7F/g和201.0F/g,即CG/PCNF-1试样具有最高的比电容;5000次循环充放电后,CNF、CG/PCNF 800和CG/PCNF-1试样的比电容保留值分别为92.62%、92.47%和98.01%,表明CG/PCNF-1试样具有最好的循环稳定性。三组试样的等效串联电阻和电荷转移电阻从高至低的顺序都为:CNF> CG/PCNF 800> CG/PCNF-1。
Environmental-friendly coal-based graphene composites(CG/PCNF) were prepared by impregnation method, the morphology and electrochemical properties of CNF, CG/PCNF 800 and CG/PCNF were compared and analyzed, the effect of CGO solution concentration on electrochemical properties was also analyzed. The results showed that the number of mesoporous and microporous of CG/PCNF-1 sample was lower than that of CNF and CG/PCNF 800, and the CG/PCNF-1 sample had the largest specific surface area. The specific capacitance of CG/PCNF composite with CGO solution concentration of 1 mg/mL, 2 mg/mL and 3 mg/mL was 268.3 F/g, 216.7 F/g and 201.0 F/g, respectively, that is, the CG/PCNF-1 sample has the highest specific capacitance.After 5000 cycles of charging and discharging,the specific capacitance retention values of CNF,CG/PCNF 800 and CG/PCNF-1 samples were 92.62%, 92.47% and 98.01% respectively, which indicated that CG/PCNF-1 samples had the best cyclic stability. The order of equivalent series resistance and charge transfer resistance from high to low was CNF > CG/PCNF 800 > CG/PCNF-1.
