摘要
中华民族共同体是我国各族人民在历史和实践的流变中自觉结成的以中华人民共和国为政治基础的国族共同体,因此,作为党和国家合法性来源的政治认同是中华民族共同体建构的前提和核心,更是在全球化背景和现代化建设的双重实践中寻求中华民族共同体建构的突破点和着力点。进入新时代,面对国内外的新挑战、新情况、新特征和新变化,要高度重视政治认同建设,不断丰富和强化政治合法性,以有效的政治制度设计夯实共同体认同的主客观基础,用民众强大政治认同凝聚共同体的力量,有力地支撑中华民族实现伟大复兴的光辉事业。
The Chinese national community is based on the political foundation of the People’s Republic of China by the people of all ethnic groups in the process of historical and practical changes.Therefore,the political identity,as the source of the legitimacy of the party and the state,is the premise and core of the construction of the Chinese national community.It is also pursuing the breakthrough and focus of isomorphic construction of Chinese national community in the dual practice of globalization and modernization.In the new era,in the face of new challenges,new situations,new features and new changes both at home and abroad,we should attach great importance to the construction of political identity,constantly enrich and strengthen political legitimacy,consolidate the subjective and objective basis of community identity with effective political system design,pool the strength of community with strong political identity of the people,and effectively support the great cause of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
