摘要
本文通过分析喀什噶尔河流域水资源利用现状,总结出流域水资源开发存在的主要问题和突出矛盾。为促进区域水资源利用与人类社会的协调发展,提出必须建立与区域水资源承载能力相协调的经济结构,建设与水资源优化配置相适应的山区控制性工程,应用与灌区节水工程和农业发展相适应的节水灌溉技术,注重生态文明建设,以水资源的高效利用保障经济社会的可持续发展。
Through analyzing the current situation of water resources utilization in Kashgar River basin,the main problems and prominent contradictions water resources development in the basin are summerized.In order to improm coordinated development of regional water resources utilization and human society it is proposed that it is necessary to carry out an economic structure that is coordinated with the carrying capacity of regional water resources,control projects in mountainous areas that are compatible with the optimal allocation of water resources,water-saving irrigation technologies that are compatible with water-saving projects in irrigation areas and agricultural development,and ecological civilization construction should be emphasized,so as to ensure the sustainable development of economy and society through the efficient use of water resources.
