摘要
生物炼制的理念日益在纤维素乙醇生产中受到重视,它是以生物质为原料生产生物能源及其他化学品的综合利用过程。本文在生物炼制相关理论的基础上,对年产5万t纤维素乙醇的工艺进行经济分析。该工艺的乙醇最低成本为8155.6元/t,该工艺可以副产3.75万t CO2、215 t杂醇油、3万t低聚木糖和1.8万t活性炭,其额外收益为7500万元。
Bio refinery is a process of producing various chemicals,fuels,and biological matrix materials,using agriculture waste,plant starch,and lignocellulose as raw material.Based on idea of bio-refinery,the paper conducted technology and economic analysis on production process of annually 50000 t ethanol.The results show that in this process,the minimum cost of ethanol is 8155.6 yuan per ton and it can also produce 37500 t CO2,215 t fusel oil,30000 t xylo-oligosaccharides,and 18000 t activated carbon,which can bring 7.5 millions yuan as extra income.
