摘要
目的探讨集束化护理对三级血管留置针穿刺成功率的影响,为提高三级血管穿刺成功率提供临床依据。方法选择2018年3月~8月神经内科病房评估为三级血管的需要留置留置针的患者300例(600例次),将2018年3月~5月入院的150患者设为对照组,2018年6月~8月入院的150例患者设为观察组。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上分析穿刺失败的原因,给予相应改进的集束化护理,比较两组一针穿刺成功率、留置针穿刺满意度、静脉输液时间。结果观察组患者静脉一针穿刺成功率为89.67%、留置针穿刺满意度为96.00%,高于对照组的70.00%、90.33%,静脉输液时间为(3.45±0.58)min,短于对照组的(5.39±1.17)min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论集束化护理措施应用于三级血管患者有助于提高留置针静脉穿刺成功率、留置针穿刺满意度,从而缩短静脉输液时间。
Objective To explore the effect of cluster nursing on the success rate of tertiary vascular indwelling needle puncture,and to provide a clinical basis for improving the success rate of tertiary vascular puncture.Methods Choose 300 patients(600 cases)with indwelling needles from March to August 2018 who are evaluated as tertiary blood vessels in the neurology wards.150 patients admitted from March to May 2018 were selected as the control group.150 patients admitted to hospital from June to August 2018 were set as the observation group.The control group was given routine care.The observation group analyzed the reasons for the puncture failure on the basis of the control group,and gave corresponding improved bundled care.They compared the success rate of one-needle puncture,satisfaction with indwelling needle puncture,and intravenous infusion time.Results The success rate of one needle puncture in the observation group was 89.67%,the satisfaction rate of indwelling needle puncture was 96.00%,which was higher than the control group’s 70.00%and 90.33%.The intravenous infusion time(3.45±0.58)min was shorter than that of the control group(5.39±1.17)min,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of bundled nursing measures to patients with tertiary vascular can help improve the success rate of indwelling needle venipuncture and satisfaction with indwelling needle puncture,thus shortening the time of intravenous infusion.
