摘要
根据非成像光学设计原理和方法,提出一种基于复合抛物面反光杯和菲涅尔透镜组合的LED条形光斑光学器件设计。采用Tracepro软件对反光杯的反射面进行二次抛物曲线拟合和菲涅尔透镜折射棱齿斜率进行计算,并对此条形光斑光学系统模拟与分析,制作实际模型测试,达到洗墙灯具所需光束角(50%Imax)[C0/180]面为10°和[C90/270]面为60°的条形光斑,且20 W洗墙灯具在5 m远处平均照度可达140 lx,可以解决传统全内反射TIR条纹透镜副光斑大、光线利用低、洗墙距离短、灯具眩光等问题。
According to the principle and method of non-imaging optical design,a LED strip spot optical device based on composite parabolic reflector cup and Fresnel lens is proposed in this paper.Tracepro software is used to perform reflective glass reflector quadratic parabolic curve fitting and the Fresnel lens refraction edge slope calculation.The strip light optical system simulation and analysis of actual model test are conducted.Test results show that the lamps meet the wall wash requirements of surface light bar with beam angle(50%Imax)[C0/180]of 10°and[C90/270]of 60°,and 20 W wash wall lamps can get average illuminance of up to 140 lx in 5 meters distance,which solves the issues of traditional TIR stripe deputy lens flare,low light usage,short wash wall distance and glare.
