摘要
2019年12月以来,我国陆续出现2019新型冠状病毒(2019-nCoV)感染引起的以肺部病变为主的新型传染病。其临床特征是发热、干咳、气促及X线胸片炎症性改变等。我国已将2019-nCoV感染的肺炎定为法定传染病。为规范这一新发突发传染病的诊疗,特制订北京协和医院关于"2019-nCoV感染的肺炎"诊疗建议方案。
Since December 2019,China has been experiencing an outbreak of new infectious disease caused by 2019 novel coronavirus(2019-nCoV).The clinical features include fever,coughing,shortness of breath,and inflammatory pulmonary infiltration revealed by X ray.China rapidly identified 2019-nCoV-related pneumonia a statutory infectious disease.To standardize the diagnosis and treatment of this new infectious disease,operational guidelines for the diagnosis and management of 2019-nCoV infection is accomplished by Peking Union Medical College Hospital.
