东南滨海平原城市海绵设施规划——以北海市为例 被引量:2

摘要 通过对近三年相关文献的研究综述,以及实地调研、现状资料收集分析等,以北海市为实例,探讨东南滨海平原城市海绵设施如何应对台风灾害、降雨集中量大、地下水埋深浅等环境特征,区分城区与海岸带进行相应的规划配置。城区需结合本土自然人文元素、配以乡土抗风植物,采用抗台风损害的景观功能构件,以下沉式空间调节汛期暴雨峰值,旧城区渗透设施宜以分区域集中设置为主;海岸带应重点保护修复天然海绵体,并合理规划洪潮遭遇时涝水路面行泄通道。 Through the analysis of nearly three years relevant research literature,planning field research,current situation data collection and analysis,taking Beihai as an example,to explore the corresponding planning for sponge facilities in the southeast coastal plain citys of China in typhoon disasters,concentrated and larger rainfall,shallow buried depth of groundwater and other environmental characteristics,and distinguishing between urban district and coastal zone.Urban district should be combined with local natural and cultural elements,configuring native wind resistant plants,using landscape functional component with anti typhoon damage,using sunken space to adjust the peak value of rainstorm,the infiltration facilities in old urban areas should be based on centralized setting of partition domain;in coastal zone,should focus on the protection and repair natural sponge tissue,and rational planning of rainwater pavement drainage channel at high tide.
