摘要
在酚二磺酸光度法测定硝酸盐氮的方法中,会出现加标回收率偏高的现象。通过标准曲线与工作曲线的比较,发现两者存在着显著差异。采用标准曲线进行分析结果计算,是引起样品加标回收率偏高的原因。方法存在正的系统误差,要克服存在的系统误差,应采用与样品分析步骤相一致的工作曲线进行样品分析结果的计算。
The relative high standard recovery was found when measuring nitrate nitrogen by photometry of phenol disulfonic acid.There were significant differences between standard curve and work curve.The high standard recovery was caused by adopting standard curve to calculate the value.Therefore,the method has active system error.In order to avoid the error,the work curve that was consistent with sample analysis should be used to analyze the result.
