摘要
目的探讨产前产后护理对初产妇母乳分泌及喂养的影响。方法该次研究对象为方便选取该院2018年2-2019年2月期间的80例初产妇,根据电脑随机分配原则进行分组,各40例,对照组使用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实现产前产后护理,比较两组母乳分泌及喂养状况。结果观察组产后泌乳时间早于对照组,分别为(24.22±11.20)h和(45.25±13.65)h,差异有统计学意义(t=2.970,P<0.05);观察组的泌乳量评分高于对照组,观察组产后24 h、48 h、72 h的评分分别为(2.11±0.68)分、(2.30±0.64)分、(2.50±0.40)分,对照组分别为(1.40±0.84)分、(1.61±0.34)分、(2.02±0.44)分,差异有统计学意义(t=5.260、3.560、2.090,P<0.05);观察组的母乳喂养率高于对照组,分别为62.50%和35.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=6.050,P<0.05)。结论产前产后护理对于初产妇有积极意义,有利于母乳分泌及喂养,值得临床进一步推广。
Objective To study the effect of post-natal and post-natal care on the secretion and feeding of breast milk in primary parturient. Methods 80 cases of primary parturients in the hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were grouped according to the principle of random distribution of the computer,40 cases were treated with routine nursing, and the control group was used for post-natal care, and the two groups of breast milk secretion and feeding status were compared. Results The postpartum lactation time in the observation group was earlier than that in the control group, which were(24.22±11.20) h and(45.25±13.65) h, and the difference was statistically significant(t=2.970,P<0.05). The lactation score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group. The scores were(2.11±0.68)points,(2.30±0.64)points,(2.50±0.40)points, and the control group were(1.40±0.84)points,(1.61±0.34)points, and(2.02±0.44)points.The difference was statistically significant(t=5.260,3.560,2.090,P<0.05);the breastfeeding rates in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, which were 62.50% and 35.00%. The difference between the two was statistically significant(χ~2=6.050,P<0.05). Conclusion Postpartum care is positive for primipara, which is beneficial to the secretion and feeding of breast milk.
