摘要
目的探讨无托槽隐形矫治技术远中移动上颌磨牙获得间隙在治疗上前牙轻、中度拥挤中的临床应用效果。方法方便选取该院正畸科2016年2月—2018年7月收治的10例上前牙轻、中度拥挤患者作为对象,所有患者均采用无托槽隐形矫治技术远移磨牙治疗。测量患者治疗前后模型数据及PAR指数(peer assessment rating,PAR)变化情况。结果患者治疗后上颌第一磨牙矢状向距离为(19.23±1.72)mm、水平向移动距离为(25.47±2.58)mm,均比治疗前(16.41±2.17)mm、(22.35±3.29)mm有所增加(t=3.220、2.360,P<0.05);治疗后,患者上下颌牙齿错位为(0.32±0.11)分、上下颌颊侧区咬牙合关系为(0.38±0.22)分、覆盖为(0.11±0.04)分、覆牙合(0.08±0.02)分、中线为(0.07±0.01)分,均比治疗前(13.45±0.72)分、(1.18±0.14)分、(2.06±0.19)分、(1.10±0.16)分、(0.57±0.23)分降低(t=57.010、9.700、31.760、20.000、6.870,P<0.05)。结论无托槽隐形矫治技术远移磨牙具有简洁、舒适、高效、稳定等优势,可有效纠正上前牙轻、中度拥挤患者的远中上颌磨牙,排齐中度拥挤的上前牙。
Objective To investigate the clinical application of the invisible orthodontic treatment of the maxillary molars in the treatment of mild and moderate crowding of the anterior teeth.Methods 10 cases of light and moderate crowded upper anterior teeth were treated from orthodontics convenient selection in the hospital from February 2016 to July 2018.All patients were treated with bracketless invisible orthodontic treatment.The model data of the patient before and after treatment and the change of the PAR index(peer assessment rating,PAR)were measured.Results After treatment,the sagittal distance of the maxillary first molar was(19.23±1.72)mm,and the horizontal moving distance was(25.47±2.58)mm,which was higher than before treatment(16.41±2.17)mm and(22.35±3.29)mm.The increase was(t=3.220,2.360,P<0.05).After treatment,the dislocation of the upper and lower jaw teeth was(0.32±0.11)points,the occlusal relationship of the upper and lower jaw and buccal area was(0.38±0.22)points,and the coverage was(0.11±0.04)points,overbite(0.08±0.02)points,and midline(0.07±0.01)points,all of which were higher than before treatment(13.45±0.72)points,(1.18±0.14)points,(2.06±0.19)points,(1.10±0.16)points,(0.57±0.23)points decreased(t=57.010,9.700,31.760,20.000,6.870,P<0.05).Conclusion The bracketless invisible orthodontic technique has the advantages of simplicity,comfort,high efficiency and stability.It can effectively correct the distal maxillary molars of patients with mild and moderately crowded upper anterior teeth and arrange the moderately crowded upper anterior teeth.
