摘要
升级改造了工厂浴室水温控制系统,即针对工厂浴室水温控制精度低、响应过程振荡大、能源浪费严重等问题,研发了新型水温控制系统。此系统采用可编程逻辑控制器,嵌入PID控制算法,通过采集温度、液位信号控制电动阀开度,以实现水温调节。结果表明,设计的新型水温控制系统具有运行可靠性高、水温控制效果良好的特点。
The upgrading transformation for water temperature control system of factory bathroom is achieved in this paper.For the problems of low control accuracy,big vibration of response process,heavy energy consumption,new type water temperature control system is researched.PID control algorithm is embedded in programmable logical controller in this system.Opening of electric valve is controlled by sampling signals of temperature and liquid level,for the achievement of water temperature regulation.The proposed water temperature control system has the characteristics of high reliability of operation and great water temperature control performance.
