摘要
心力衰竭是心脏病变的终末阶段,多种心血管疾病如高血压、肺心病、心肌缺血、心律失常等都可以诱发心力衰竭。研究表明,线粒体功能障碍和心力衰竭的发生发展密切相关,其中线粒体能量代谢障碍、基因突变、氧化应激损伤以及钙稳态失衡是诱导心力衰竭的重要因素。深入研究线粒体功能障碍与心力衰竭的关系,有利于寻找治疗心力衰竭的新靶点。作者就线粒体功能障碍与心力衰竭发病关系的相关研究进展作一综述。
Heart failure is the final stage of many heart diseases.A variety of cardiovascular diseases such as hypertension,pulmonary heart disease,myocardial ischemia and arrhythmia can induce heart failure.Studies have shown that mitochondrial dysfunction is closely related to the development of heart failure,in which mitochondrial energy metabolism disorders,genetic mutations,oxidative stress injuries,and calcium homeostasis are important factors in inducing heart failure.Studying the relationship between mitochondrial dysfunction and heart failure helps find new targets for treating heart failure.This paper reviews the research progress on the relationship between mitochondrial dysfunction and heart failure.
