摘要
目的:探讨CO2激光联合重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶治疗外阴尖锐湿疣的临床效果。方法:选取2013年1月—2019年4月我科收治的外阴尖锐湿疣患者100例,随机分为对照组(CO2激光治疗,50例)与观察组(CO2激光联合干扰素α-2b凝胶治疗,50例),疗程1个月。比较两组临床疗效,创面结痂时间、创面愈合时间,复发率,生活质量(GQOLI-74)评分,及不良反应。结果:观察组临床治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组创面结痂时间、创面愈合时间短于对照组(P<0.05);随访3个月,观察组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组GQOLI-74各项评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶联合CO2激光联合治疗可提高外阴尖锐湿疣临床疗效,促进恢复,减少复发。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of CO2 laser combined with recombinant human interferon alpha-2b gel in the treatment of vulva condyloma acuminatum.Methods:a total of 100 patients with condyloma acuminatum admitted to our department in December January 2013 were randomly divided into control group(CO2 laser treatment,50 cases)and observation group(CO2 laser combined with interferon alpha-2b gel treatment,50 cases)for 1 months.The clinical efficacy,scab formation time,wound healing time,recurrence rate,immune function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of clinical treatment in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05);the time of scab formation and wound healing in observation group was shorter than that in control group(P<0.05);the recurrence rate in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05);the levels of CD3+,CD4+/CD8+in peripheral blood T lymphocyte in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:recombinant human interferon alpha-2b gel combined with CO2 laser treatment can improve the clinical efficacy of condyloma acuminatum,promote recovery,improve immune function and reduce recurrence.
