摘要
以活性白土为载体,硝酸镍和钼酸铵为原料,采用等体积法浸渍与CS2原位活化法相结合的方法制备硫化型Ni-Mo双金属/活性白土(NiMoS/活性白土)催化剂。以麻疯树油转化率和生成C15~C18烃类的选择性为主要性能指标,考察各制备因素对催化性能的影响。确定最佳制备工艺条件为:NiO负载量12%、MoO3负载量14%、焙烧温度450℃、焙烧时间175 min、硫化初始氢压3 MPa、硫化剂用量16 mol/mol、硫化温度320℃、硫化时间60 min。制备的NiMoS/活性白土能将麻疯树油中的主要成分加氢催化裂解多种长链烯烃,制备出第二代生物柴油。
By isovolumetric impregnation and CS2 in situ activation method,a sulfurated NiMo/activated clay catalyst was prepared using activated clay as carrier and nickel nitrate and ammonium molybdate as raw materials.With conversion of jatropha oil and selectivity to C15-C18 as the indexes,the effect of various preparation factors on the catalytic property of sulfurated NiMo/activated clay was investigated.The optimum preparation conditions were as follows:NiO load 12%,MoO3 load 14%,calcination temperature 450℃,calcination time 175 min,initial hydrogen pressure of sulfide 3 MPa,dosage of vulcanizer 16 mol/mol,sulfuration temperature 320℃ and sulfuration time 60 min.Catalyzed by the as-prepared catalyst,Jatropha oils were successfully converted into various long chain alkenes of second-generation biodiesel through the catalytic hydro-deoxgeneation reaction.
