摘要
Waters超高效合相色谱(Ultra Performance Convergence Chromatography,UPC2)作为近几年热门研究的分析仪器和热门话题,结合了超临界流体色谱(SFC)和超高效液相色谱(UPLC)的技术优点,具有分离效果好,分析时间大大缩短,溶剂绿色环保,成本低等优点,在生物医药,石油化工,食品行业使用广泛。因此对于UPC2的分析方法建立也突显重要。本文在对UPC2原理及应用进展简述的同时,对此仪器的分析方法建立做了详细的总结。
As a hot research analysis instrument and hot topic in recent years, Ultra Performance Convergence Chromatography(UPC2) Combines the advantages of Supercritical Fluid Chromatography(SFC) and Ultra Performance Liquid Chromatography(UPLC),which has the advantages, such as a good separation effect, short analysis time, solvent of green environmental protection, low cost and so on.UPC2 is widely used in biomedicine, petrochemical industry, food industry,so it’s a highlight to establish analysis method for UPC2.This paper will show the principle and the advances of UPC2 briefly and it will detail summary of how to establish methods.
