摘要
为了对西北地区物流效率做出客观合理的评价研究,促进西北地区物流的快速发展。文章结合西北地区物流业的发展特征,采用数据包络分析(DEA)方法,选取西安、咸阳、渭南、兰州、嘉峪关、酒泉、银川、石嘴山、西宁、乌鲁木齐10个样本城市进行研究,通过收集整理数据来建立相关指标体系,对这10个城市进行静态有效性分析,然后采用基于DEA的Malmquist指数法对2014~2017年10个城市的生产率进行动态有效性分析。并且针对存在问题,结合实际情况提出相关建议。
In order to make objective and reasonable evaluation of logistics efficiency and promote the rapid development of logistics in the northwest region,based on the development characteristics of the logistics industry in Northwest China,this paper uses data envelopment analysis(DEA)method,selects 10 sample cities in Xi'an,Xianyang,Weinan,Lanzhou,Jiayuguan,Jiuquan,Yinchuan,Shizuishan,Xining,Wulumuqi as the research objects,and establishes a relevant index system by collecting and organizing data.The data envelopment analysis(DEA)method is used to analyze the static efficiency of these 10 cities,then the productivity of 10 cities from 2014 to 2017 is analyzed dynamically based on the Malmquist index method.And in response to the existing problems,this paper puts forward the relevant suggestions combined with the actual situation.
