摘要
提出了用水润湿试样,延长氢氟酸低温浸泡试样的时间,低温加热一次氢氟酸挥散硅重量法测定硅质耐火材料中二氧化硅含量的方法。与现有的方法相比,改进后的方法氢氟酸用量减少了40%,硝酸用量减少了70%,试验时间缩短,能耗大幅减少。方法更安全可靠,更节能环保。用标准物质对方法进行了考察,表明测定结果准确。
A method for determination of silica content in silica refractories was presented:wet samples with water,prolong the soaking time of specimens with hydrofluoric acid at low temperatures and heat the hydrofluoric acid for one time at low temperatures was presented.Compared with the standards,the improved method could reduce the amount of hydrofluoric acid by 40%,and the amount of nitric acid by 70%,and the test time and energy consumption were greatly reduced.The method was safer and more reliable,more energy saving and environmental protection.The method was verified with the standard material,which indicated that the results were accurate.
