摘要
目前,在阀室对干线及旁通管路球阀进行排污作业时,由于阀室相对密闭,泄放的天然气极易在阀室内聚集,容易引发火灾爆炸等安全事故。通过研究分析,设计出一套阀室球阀排污外排装置。整个装置主要由转接头、泄放管路、阻火器以及配重块部分组成。文中介绍了该装置的特点、使用方法以及应用效果。该装置可以使排污操作时将阀腔内的气体泄放至阀室室外,避免在排污作业时造成阀室内天然气聚集,同时该装置兼具球阀内漏测试功能。此套装置改善了阀室球阀排污时的作业环境。
At present,while carrying out valve draining operation of the trunk line and the bypass line in valve chest,the discharge of natural gas will be very easy to gather in the valve chamber which is relatively closed,and to cause fire and explosion accidents.Through research and analysis,a set of external draining device for valve chest ball valve was designed.The whole device is made up of connecting head,discharge pipe,flame arrester and counterweight block.This paper introduced the device features,operation methods and application effect.The device discharged the gas from the valve chamber to the outside of the valve chest during the draining operation,which could avoid the accumulation of natural gas,and it also had the inner leakage test function of the ball valve.The device greatly improves the working environment during the draining operation.
