Objective To analyze the application value of 64-slice spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction technology in the diagnosis and treatment of knee joint fracture. Methods Fifty patients with knee joint fracture were selected and divided into two groups according to the means of examination.Twenty-five patients in the control group were examined by X-ray and 25 patients in the observation group were examined by 64-slice spiral CT.The diagnostic results of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results Fractures of fibular capitulum, upper tibia, lower femur and patella were detected in both groups. The detection rate of observation group was 100%and that of the control group was 76%.The results showed that the detection rate of 64-slice CT three-dimensional reconstruction was higher than that of the control group. The number, location, placement, alignment, dislocation and displacement of fracture fragments of broken bones were clearly and comprehensively displayed, which indicates that the 64-slice CT three-dimensional reconstruction technology has more diagnostic value than X-Ray.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion 64-slice spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction technology can clearly display the fracture situation in all directions with high accuracy of fracture location. It provides favorable imaging basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment, and possess high diagnostic value.
