摘要
乡村振兴战略背景下高职大学生服务"三农"具有了解国情、培养"三农"情怀,锻炼能力、提高专业技能的现实意义。虽然高职学生在帮困扶贫、爱心支教、科普宣传、专业服务等方面作出了重要贡献,但仍存在对所学专业与"三农"关系认知模糊,服务"三农"的专业程度不高,服务"三农"的组织指导未形成合力等问题。为此,高职院校应注重宣传引导、加强专门培训、协调部门合作、关注后期发展等,从而提升高职学生服务"三农"的自觉性、专业性、优质性和长效性。
Under the background of the strategy of rural revitalization,higher vocational college students serving"Three Rural Issues"have practical significance in understanding national conditions,cultivating the"Three Rural Issues"feeling,exercising their abilities,and improving professional skills.Although higher vocational students have made important contributions in helping the poor,supporting education,popularization of science popularization,and professional services,there is still a vague understanding of the relationship between the majors studied and the"Three Rural Issues".the organization and guidance of serving the"Three Rural Issues"have not formed a joint force and other issues.For these reasons,higher vocational colleges should pay attention to publicity and guidance,strengthen specialized training,coordinate department cooperation,and pay attention to later development,so as to improve the consciousness,professionalism,quality,and long-term effectiveness of higher vocational students’service to the"Three Rural Issues".
